Adds functionality from recent s2 API updates:

  • Timestamp support
  • ReadLimit and Start types
  • Fencing token as utf-8 string, not bytes
  • Stream create_on_append / create_on_read config

Miscellaneous tweaks

  • handle RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED grpc status
  • backpressure in managed append session demo
